Kate Bosworth has a rare condition known as Heterochromia iridis, where each eye is a different color. In Bosworth's case, one is a bright blue, the other a rich brown.



Adopted two strays on the set of Kingdom of Heaven in Morocco with Orlando bloom - named Siti and Essa.



Has broken all of the cartilage in the upper part of her ears and now can fold the tops literally into her ears.



Member of the National Honor Society in High School.



Accepted to Princeton University, but has continually deferred in order to further her acting career.
